Help us upgrade our playgrounds and learning spaces. Every contribution counts!

There are many ways to make this a reality for our students and our community.

  • Donate to your school playground

A foundation for hope

HSDEF’s mission is to secure resources through fundraising efforts to enrich the educational programs at the district’s three elementary schools, Monte Vista, Hope and Vieja Valley, and to encourage collaboration among the three campuses and surrounding communities.

Monte Vista Elementary

Monte Vista Elementary School has just under 300 students in K through 6th grade. Its campus, with the beautiful Santa Ynez Mountains in the backdrop, is home to many happy Monte Vista Mustangs.

Hope Elementary

Hope Elementary School is the home to just under 300 K through 6th grade Hope School Waves. Just like the waves in the nearby Pacific Ocean, Hope School Waves are dynamic, powerful, and in constant motion.

Vieja Valley Elementary

Vieja Valley Elementary School is a TK through 6th grade school set at the base of Hope Ranch. Vieja Valley serves just over 300 students at its thriving campus. Go Chargers!

Contributions can be made here via any DONATE button. Alternatively, a check made out to “Hope School District Educational Foundation” may be dropped off or mailed to the front office of any of the three schools, or the District office at: 3970 La Colina Road, Santa Barbara, CA 93110. We also accept donor advised funds, as well as stock/appreciated securities. We are happy to respond to any questions or concerns you may have, and can be reached at (805) 682-2564 or info@hsdef.org.

Thank you for investing in our schools.
